When a police officer leaves their vehicle to pursue a suspect, tracking their whereabouts can be challenging.  With the Spillman GPS tracking app, police officers are never in the blind regarding the whereabouts of another officer.  The Spillman GPS application greatly increases visibility of officers and increases safety while in pursuit.
