PerfectlyPosh is a direct marking company specializing in personal cosmetics and skin care. Although they had an existing rewards program, they needed to improve upon it. They asked SolutionStream to provide a more extensive implementation that would both incentivize engagement by existing customers and increase future growth.
SolutionStream worked with the PerfectlyPosh executive team to define the parameters of rewards program and the business logic layer required for full implementation. We conducted a series of interviews with key stakeholders to understand the various touchpoints to ensure a seamless integration.
SolutionStream was given the task of working with the client to define the full desired backlog. Once defined, the Project Manager/Business Analyst would create a roadmap and proposal for full implementation.
The final result would include an integrated contacts system, a persistent “rewards points” balance, along with trigger points throughout the system for ways to earn and spend points.
Our Business Analysis specialists worked with the executive team sponsors and key department heads to understand the existing system and user work flow. Through this analysis, we were able to more clearly understand crucial integration points that would define complete success of the program. The fully refined and prioritized backlog was then developed as a result of this research.
SolutionStream augmented the client’s existing development team with a dedicated Project Manager consultant. Through this service, we managed the implementation of backlog, ensuring features were implemented in priority order, and demonstrated weekly to key stakeholders. The full project was managed with the client’s instance of JIRA, including backlog management, sprint planning, and regular performance updates.
