Sonic Innovations is a global provider of superior hearing solutions. Sonic Innovations has international offices and manufacturing centers across the globe. Sonic acquired several retail stores and needed a unified solution to manage the operations and sales within each clinic.
Sonic Innovation asked SolutionStream to design and develop Pinnacle—a web application that would replace and integrate what had taken several applications to accomplish in the past. Pinnacle was developed in .NET and allows users to easily manage store operations, including: appointments, patient data, inventory, and sales. SolutionStream's creative team worked on the logic and flow of the application, design, and continues to work closely with the development team on the application development.
