Our approach
Contract-to-hire first: in 2022 a system/network engineer joined CR England on a contract-to-hire basis and was hired by CR England. A contract-to-hire developer followed in 2023. In 2025 a dedicated Copilot Enablement Specialist joined under the same master agreement.

What we built
- 2022: a system/network engineer on a contract-to-hire basis, dedicated full time and joining CR England's calls and planning; hired by CR England after about four months
- 2023: a contract-to-hire developer for software development and technical consulting
- 2025: a dedicated Copilot Enablement Specialist (May–Nov 2025)
- All three under one Master Services Agreement (June 2022): CR England kept coming back for embedded engineers
