The original business problem

Nature's Sunshine needed four separate legacy applications consolidated as part of a larger ERP project, plus updates to its corporate site, CRM and distributor back office.

Our approach

Three engagements: consolidate the four legacy apps into one mobile site as part of the ERP project (Jun 2016–Apr 2017); update the corporate site, CRM and distributor back office (May 2015–Sep 2017); and build a promotional order-and-payment site (Jun–Dec 2017).

What we built

One unified, mobile-capable website replacing four legacy applications
Corporate site, CRM and distributor back-office updates, including security changes
A promotional order-and-payment site

What it changed

The unified site was the only deliverable in the ERP project released on time and within budget (Executive Director of Software Engineering)
Security updates significantly reduced e-commerce fraud; client-side changes reduced web-server load (Manager of Software Development)
The promotional site finished well ahead of schedule, leaving time for testing (Senior Developer)
